Anytime You can almost instantly (in about 2 weeks) get 2 to 4 skilled programmers + tech manager and (if needed) complimentary services like HTML coding, testing, etc. The Ruby team incorporates about 10 developers, though getting more involved in Your project right from the start is a subject to a discussion, as they usually are planned a bit further.
